Washington, D.C. Team Expression, a strategic partnership comprised of Expression Networks, LLC and RKF Engineering Solutions LLC – an Auria company, announced today that it has been awarded the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Services & Mobile Service Provider (MSP) Support Contract.
Under this award, Team Expression will provide specialized spectrum engineering, analysis, and program support services in support of DISA’s mission to enable the secure and reliable operation of Department of Defense (DoD) systems within increasingly complex electromagnetic environments. Due to the nature of the work, additional contract details are not releasable.
The contract supports DISA’s ongoing efforts to ensure the effective coexistence of federal and non-federal systems across the electromagnetic spectrum, while safeguarding mission-critical DoD operations, personnel, and infrastructure.

Team Expression will execute the contract using cleared, highly qualified personnel and established processes aligned with DISA requirements, ensuring a seamless transition and sustained support throughout the period of performance.
