In September 2013, Expression described its work helping U.S. Army Special Operations Command move from legacy financial, procurement, and cost-management processes toward an ERP environment. The stated engagement ran at Fort Bragg from September 26, 2011 through September 2013.
Deliverables included communication, training, and data-readiness plans; an organizational map; and a role-assignment and training tool. The team aligned personnel and processes with the General Fund Enterprise Business System, identified training gaps, supported cost and funds master data, and used change-management communications to coordinate the transition.
