Expression has been selected as a finalist in the U.S. Army’s xTech|Apex Intercept competition, advancing to the next stage of an initiative focused on affordable technologies for air and missile defense.
The company’s submission was selected in the Fire Control and Flight Guidance Implementation topic area. The Army’s official competition page lists Expression Networks LLC among the finalists.
The downselect recognizes the Expression team’s work applying mission software to demanding defense challenges, with a focus on adaptability, affordability, and operational usefulness.
Finalists are invited to demonstrate their solutions to Army and Department of War experts during the competition’s October–November 2026 finals. Expression looks forward to the next stage alongside its fellow finalists.
