This transition, executed under FAR 42.12, marks a seamless transfer of responsibilities while ensuring continued excellence in IT and engineering services for the Department of Defense (DoD).
The ENCORE III contract, managed by the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), is a key vehicle for delivering enterprise IT solutions to support national defense operations.
