In March 2015, Expression reported completing work for DISA’s Defense Spectrum Organization that ran from March 2013 to March 2015. The effort began with requirements analysis and an assessment of enterprise-service options for spectrum requirements and reallocation work.
The implementation used IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager for content and case workflows. It drew on document ingestion and SQL Server and Oracle connectivity to provide historical materials for analysis. The system brought document management, collaboration, and supporting enterprise services together to help decision-makers examine Defense Department spectrum information.
