Expression Networks Awarded Navy SeaPort Next Generation Contract (SeaPort NxG)

In July 2021, Expression announced a SeaPort Next Generation prime-contract award. SeaPort NxG followed SeaPort-e and provided a multiple-award IDIQ route for Navy and Marine Corps support services across 23 functional areas.

The release identified opportunities in engineering, software development, modeling, logistics, training, financial analysis, and program management. Expression planned to compete in areas including spectrum management, systems engineering, information assurance, data analytics, and machine learning. The government’s approximately $5 billion annual procurement estimate applied to the overall vehicle.
