On December 18, 2019, Expression announced that General James “Hoss” Cartwright, USMC retired, had joined its board of advisors. The release highlighted four decades of military service and experience shaping national-security technology requirements.
Cartwright served as Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2007 to 2011 and led U.S. Strategic Command from 2004 to 2007. The appointment was presented as additional guidance for Expression’s work in spectrum management, software engineering, automation, visualization, and analytics for government customers.
