Ben Youngs was promoted to Chief Technology Officer, with responsibility for the technical direction of the company’s product portfolio, including VOR, ARGUS, and MachineGhost.
Rob Brady was promoted to Growth Lead, overseeing business development, capture strategy, and pipeline execution. Tim Spadafore joined as Chief Strategy Officer, bringing more than 29 years of federal market experience.
The appointments strengthened the technical, growth, and strategy functions supporting Expression’s next phase of expansion.
