Washington, D.C. Expression today announced a set of leadership moves that kick off a company-wide reorganization to better align our product offerings with on contract delivery.
- Ben Young, formerly with Scale AI, has been promoted to Vice President of Products. Ben will oversee all named product lines starting with VOR and VOR Agents, and drive them to delivery readiness and market deployment.
- Dan Montgomery, formerly from Steampunk, has joined Expression as Vice President of Engineering. Dan will lead contract engineering across programs and standardize delivery practices company wide.
- Brian Swogger has been promoted to Director of Program Operations, where he will lead on-contract program operations, strengthen corporate certifications, and advance career and project pathway standards.
These changes reflect Expression’s continued growth and our focus on tightly coupling product development with dependable delivery for our customers.
